We can arrange for you to come observe and order the works on beforehand if desired. We invite you without obligations to come take a look at, purchase or pick up the works at our office but only sou pon appointment so that we can guarantee that the desired works are present and not for example temporarily exposed elsewhere. In case you were to purchase the desired work(s) on our website you may visualise them at home. In case you are not satisfied you may return the work(s) to us within 14days (after delivery), given that no damages have occurred and that the original packaging is preserved. It has to be noticed that you must warn us timely of your decision and that no retakes or refunds will occur in case you have visualised and purchased the work(s) at our offices. The work(s) may be purchased through shopping cart. You will receive a confirmation of payment by email as soon as possible to which we will add the shipping and insurance costs. We will then ship your work(s) as soon as we have received the complete payment. We always ship our goods insured.
Prices on our website are in euros and include 21% VAT, or the arrangement of the margin. All banking and insurance costs are on us. The merchandise will only be delivered upon reception of complete payment. In case of damages to the goods or their packaging please let us and the delivery company know so by email as soon as the goods are delivered, ideally with a description and photograph. It is possible that a particular object is not available for sale anymore, for instance in case of a double order in a day. A mistake in the description of the work or a deviation in its colour compared to its photographic presentation could be possible and is not of our responsibility. In case you think something is incorrect with the description or with the picture then please let us know so immediately.
The commission on the sale of an item happens as follows: 25% on items sold above 2500€, 20% on items between 2500 and 50.000 and 15% on items between 50.000 and 200.000€. Shipment and shipping costs.
The easiest way of course would be to pick up the work(s) yourself, upon appointment. If you dispose over an account with a courier service we are able to send you the work(s) thereon or we can ship them directly to you in the most beneficial way, and this always insured, a cost taken care of by the customer. Once the merchandise has been sent, we will send you a tracking number on your email address. We do not send any merchandise to a P.O.Box address. Since shipping costs may vary according to the type of work purchased, we will notify you hereof once the order has been received. The shipping and insurance costs, as well as eventual toll costs or costs incurred by damage will not be reimbursed. Please find here forward some standard example for shipping costs for a cylinder containing up to 5 art prints totalling a maximum of 3000€. The following prices are only indicative and not definite. The final price of costs, including those of shipment will be determined upon purchase. On all purchases above 3000€ an additional charge of 100€ will be added onto the insurance price
Please find hereunder some guidelines as to shipping costs:
- 15€ within Belgium
- 30-60€ within the EU and EEC
- 60-80 within Europe, 70€ to the US and Canada
- 100-120€ to Australia and Japan.
Payments are made in euros. Payments by credit card and or bank transfer are accepted as well as electronically (Internet Banking) or by sending us your credit card details. We preserve the right to only send the merchandise to the address of the credit card holder.
Cash will only be accepted for an amount up to 3000€.
